1. Who provides the service
iUROP Bundles is provided by iUROP SLU (NRT L-717465-P), Carrer Prat de la Creu 59-65, Escala D, Planta 1, 4DEF, Espai 2, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. Contact: contact@iuropagency.com.
These terms apply to whoever installs the app on a Shopify store (“you” or “the merchant”). Installing it means you accept them. Shopify’s terms for merchants and for apps also apply.
2. What the app does
iUROP Bundles creates and keeps several kinds of offers in your store (multipack variants, volume discounts, fixed packs, build-your-own boxes, frequently bought together and upsells). To do so it creates automatic discounts, products, variants and stock adjustments in your store, and adds blocks you place in your theme. Optionally, you can connect an AI assistant to manage your bundles when you ask it to.
3. Account and access
You use the app with your Shopify account; there is no separate account. You are responsible for who has access to your Shopify admin and for the AI assistants you connect: what they do with the access you approve counts as done by you. You can disconnect them at any time in “Connect AI”.
4. Price and billing
Each plan’s price is the one shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing when you subscribe. Today there are three: Free, with 1 active bundle; Starter, USD 19.99 per month, with up to 5 active bundles, and Unlimited, USD 39.99 per month, with unlimited active bundles (drafts don’t count in any). Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, counted once per store even if you switch plans. Going back to Free cancels the subscription and Shopify prorates the unused part. If you move to a plan with fewer active bundles than you have, we pause the ones edited longest ago until you’re within the limit; none are deleted and you can turn them back on with a bigger plan. Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice, under its payment, tax and refund terms. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before they apply.
5. Your part
Check the prices, discounts, dates and stock you (or your AI assistant) set up before activating them.
Make sure your offers comply with the rules that apply to you (pricing, promotions, consumer information, taxes).
Keep the app installed while you have active offers: discounts and the pack breakdown work through it.
Don’t use the app for unlawful purposes or try to access other stores’ data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and working well, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, failures or changes by Shopify. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you use, we will tell you reasonably in advance inside the app.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. We are liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Outside those cases, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or data, or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event.
We are not liable for errors in prices, discounts or stock set up by you or your AI assistant, nor for how Shopify, your theme or third-party AI assistants work.
8. Your data
Your data is yours. We process it under the privacy policy. What the app creates in your store (products, variants, discounts) lives in your Shopify account.
9. Ending the service
You can uninstall the app at any time from the Shopify admin; the subscription is cancelled on uninstall. When you uninstall:
The app’s discounts and the pack breakdown in the cart stop working at once.
Pack products, boxes and multipack variants stay in your store as normal products. Before uninstalling, delete your bundles from the app so what it created is removed cleanly.
48 hours later we delete all your store’s data (see the privacy policy).
We may suspend the service for a store that breaches these terms or Shopify’s, with notice unless there is a risk to other users or to the service.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change something important, we will tell you inside the app at least 30 days before. If you don’t agree, you can uninstall the app before it applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute goes to the courts of Andorra la Vella, unless the law gives you a different venue.
